Agreement
By using megaproductsale.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products and pricing
We make every effort to describe products and prices accurately. If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel for a full refund.
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is added on the payment link.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your secure payment link. Physical items ship after payment is complete.
Order references begin with MPS-. Please keep yours for any questions about your order.
Promo codes
The MEGA10 code gives 10% off eligible items. It does not apply to gift cards, cannot be combined with other offers and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders over $47 after discounts, otherwise $5.85. Express shipping is $13.85. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Digital products and gift cards
Software codes and eGift cards are delivered by email. They are subject to the terms of the brand that issues them and are final sale once sent.

Our return and refund policy forms part of these terms.
Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization or submit false information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
